Ideally located for Goodwood, Cowdray Park, Petworth Park and surrounded by miles of beautiful walking country. Four large double/twin rooms (2 en-suite). Big lounge with oak beams, inglenook fireplace a a log fire, DVD and video. Beautiful fitted kitchen with solid beech work tops, integral dishwasher. Large second lounge also with DVD/video and sofabed. Utility room. Fully enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. Linen/towels and heating included. Tiled areas have underfloor heating. Road Directions
A272 connects Midhurst & Petworth. Midway between the two is a pub 'The Halfway Bridge'. Take turning opposite signed 'Selham, Graffham'. for exactly 2 miles where you reach the brow of a hill. On right, is large manor house 'Millburgh Hall'. After a further 50 yds, also on right, is a gravel drive & a sign for Yaffle Cottage. The cottage is 100 yards up drive and to left.
