Cornerstones is a Sussex style house in an attractive village south of Chichester. Easy walk to pub/restaurant, high quality farm shop and church. Walks along the canal towpath to Chichester city or harbour. Country walk to Pagham nature reserve, which is good for bird watching. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. All the bedrooms sleep 2 people. The property has a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, which is adapted for those with limited mobility. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a large dining area that has patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden The large, comfortable lounge has colour TV, DVD, digibox and stereo CD/radio/cassette. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a second enclosed garden.. Both gardens have patios with table and chairs.
