The property enjoys panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the South Downs. It is convenient for Goodwood, Cowdray Park and has village amenities. Road Directions
Halway between Petworth and Midhurst on A272, turn south to Graffham. Go past 3 Moles pub on left and continue for approximately 1.5 miles, following signs for Graffham. Go past a right turning to Midhurst (opposite a house called the Wiblings). Immediately after a 30mph sign, Brook Barn is on the left, after a house called Carpenters Town Cottage.
