Merryweather's Herbs

Exciting organic environmental gardens project, working to transform 6 acres of neglected pasture into gardens which are abundant, beneficial and attractive to wildlife and people alike. The creation of the gardens was started in 1996 with a vision of making a series of gardens that would reflect the surrounding countryside as well as the owners' interests and needs. The gardens have year-round interest and include a working kitchen garden, herb garden, nuttery, orchards, woodland and wildlife pond. Small nursery. One-day courses. New this year is the vineyard and a new course - Creating a Herb Garden.
